Can I customize what I want to eat each week?
Yes! If you choose from our a la carte option. Tired of making so many choices? You select your package and plan and we will send you our balanced menu of the week, containing only the best with all the variety your body needs. Package pricing includes delivery.
‘A la Carte’ orders are one-time, non-recurring orders. This allows you to order the meals you choose from our current selection in any combination you want. All of our meals are made fresh every week, therefore a la carte orders may have quantity limitations.
What is your nutritional philosophy?
We use lean, clean, fresh ingredients to make the best meals possible. Our menus incorporate color – nature’s colors and variety. We choose natural, whole, fresh ingredients and seek to minimize processed foods. We provide nutrition that you can live with (and enjoy) for a lifetime!
Do you offer Keto, Paleo or dairy-free meals?
Only as our recipe intended. Although many of our meals fit into those categories our entire menu does not reflect adherence to any exclusive diet plan.
How long is my membership?
Until you cancel.
Can I skip a week, or two?
Sure. Just let us know ahead of time. You can cancel your membership and restart it any time. Or you can contact us and give us the dates to pause your deliveries and we can take care of that for you.
How do I cancel my delivery?
If you just want to pause, give us a call we can skip your delivery for the time you need. If you need to cancel, please call 918.369.1600. Just be sure to call us by 9 PM CST Thursday night the week prior to your delivery.
How long will my food stay fresh?
Your meals are made with unrefined, unprocessed ingredients. This means the shelf life corresponds to the natural state of the food. The meals are designed to be eaten over the 3 days following delivery. With proper refrigeration, the meals are typically good for many days more.
I’d like to order for someone else. Can I do that?
Sure! Family, friends, coworkers. As long as we have the delivery details and payment arrangements, we can set up an ongoing account or deliver for a specified amount of time. Call us!
What do I when I receive my delivery?
Refrigerate your meals as soon as you receive them.
Is your food low sodium?
Many of our meals could be considered low sodium. Because we use fresh, unprocessed ingredients our meals have a naturally healthy sodium profile. We do use salt in our cooking and do not make any claims to fit a restrictive diet. It is always best to work with your health care provider when making any dietary changes.
Will I lose weight with your meals?
Our menus are not designed with weight loss as a specific goal. However, if you are currently eating an average American diet and you switch to our food you may experience the shedding of excess body fat. Because our meals are nutrient dense, rather than calorie dense and contain lean sources of protein you should feel full longer, thereby reducing cravings and the urge to overeat.
Can I order for just half the week?
Yes! When you decide on your package just choose the plan that works for you. With the half week option we will send you meals for 3 days, instead of 6.
How does a la carte work?
It is the same great food, just without a membership that provides you with a worry-free plan for healthy eating. You can choose from any of our meals for the week.
How does delivery work?
Meals are made from scratch each week, delivered fresh and ready to eat on Tuesday and Friday. They are in a cooler with ice packs to keep them at safe temperatures. As soon as you receive your order you should refrigerate it and place your ice packs in the freezer. On your next delivery day just place the cooler and ice packs in the same spot for the courier to retrieve. Meal packages are weekly recurring deliveries, but you are not under obligation past the first week if you choose to cancel.
You may modify, pause, or cancel your deliveries at any time. You may set up delivery for once per week, request modifications or pause your deliveries for a specified time. Since your meals are made to order every week there is a deadline for cancellations and modifications of Thursdays at 9:00 PM (CST). All modifications received after this deadline will not be reflected in that coming week’s delivery, but will take effect the following week.
To modify, pause, or cancel your meal plan order, please call us at 918.369.1600. NOTE: To ensure the highest level of service, we do not accept cancellations or modifications by email or voicemail. All requests must be made by phone.
How do I prepare my meals?
Any meals that require cooking to a safe temperature have met that standard. The label on the meal will say enjoy chilled, room temperature or heat. If it is a hot meal it is packaged in a microwave safe container. Just vent the lid and heat to desired temperature.
What if I only want dinner?
Okay. We can do that.
Do your meals fit the Paleo, Keto or gluten-free rules?
Some of them do! Our menus are not separated into specific diet plans. Although many of our meals fit into those categories our entire menu does not reflect adherence to any exclusive diet plan.
What are the different packages and plans?
We offer several packages designed to suit your life. Our package that has 30 meals provides you with your entire nutritional needs for 6 days! Or you can order just dinner.
Can I add to my subscription?
Yes.
Do you deliver to my neighborhood?
If you live in Tulsa, yes. And most all of the immediately surrounding zip codes – Broken Arrow, Jenks, Bixby. Give us a call if you are not sure if you are in our delivery area.
How are the meals packaged?
All meals that require heating are in microwave safe containers. The containers come in handy around the house for storing items. Or after you are finished you can send them to recycle.
What should I do with my cooler and ice packs?
After refrigerating your meals place your ice packs in the freezer and then on your next delivery day place them in your designated spot for the courier to retrieve. Do not leave the coolers outside on non-delivery days. If inclement weather is expected, please place the cooler inside a plastic bag to protect it from the elements. Upon cancellation of subscription service and/or no intention of ordering for more than two weeks you are responsible for returning all coolers and ice packs to our kitchen, during normal business hours, within 7 days of final delivery. For your convenience, we are happy to schedule a fee-based service with our courier for the pick up and return of the cooler(s). Return arrangements must be made in the time frame allowed to avoid account billing at current replacement cost.
